Terraza is an AI-powered platform prototype designed to help real estate investors, contractors, and property managers streamline property analysis, compliance, and project execution. After the launch of its MVP, the platform faced usability challenges due to poor UI/UX. I was tasked with redesigning the user interface to improve navigation, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience.

The Challenge

1. Cluttered Interface: Overwhelming layout with no clear hierarchy.
2. Confusing Navigation: Users struggled to find essential features.
3. Unpolished Visual Design: Inconsistent colors, icons, and outdated design elements.

My goal was to simplify the interface, improve user flow, and create a clean, professional look that highlighted Terrazas's value and provided a trustworthy, seamless experience for the users right from the start.

Design Process

I was responsible for redesigning the visual elements, creating an intuitive user flow, and ensuring the interface was responsive across devices. My main focus was to simplify the user experience, reduce friction, and highlight the platform’s features in a professional and accessible way.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

I created wireframes to plan the layout and flow, then developed interactive prototypes to test the user journey and ensure ease of navigation.
